My most unrealistic dream started to seem realistic after allowing myself to say it aloud and plan specific habits and action steps for the following 3 months to move towards it.

I was able to face my fear of failure and see that it is not as big as it seemed in my head.

The extensive life audit gave me the opportunity to see what was missing and to take off the rose-colored glasses.

I was able to see what was holding me back from moving towards an important life goal and plan actions to move forward, as well as let go of goals and desires that no longer serve me and the guilt associated with not reaching those goals!

After the workshop, I understood what was necessary for me to create a sense of fulfillment, and as a result, I felt peace and, at the same time, motivated to get up and work towards the goal.
